- Amy P.Oct 03, 2018★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆It has been 10 days since I ran out of propane and they still do not care. They do not have a voice mail so if you want to get a hold of them, you must be lucky. I can't even contact them to tell them to remove their tank because I have switched to Lone Star Propane. Lone Star completely installed and refilled my tank in less than 2 days. Oh and I ran out of propane in the first place because they removed me from auto refill without notifying me.
